HOW CAN WE HELP?

Regan Scarfe is a Tauranga local from an entrepreneurial family who spent his youth tinkering in the garage with his motor mechanic dad. Scores of parents, students, and colleagues know Regan in the Bay of Plenty community from his former role as a popular primary school teacher.

In 2018, after 15 years of teaching, Regan opted to step away from education and return to IT to launch the IT Squad. He saw an opportunity to meet the need for accessible, customised IT solutions in Tauranga ¬— especially for small and medium-sized businesses.

Being ethical, proactive, and well-networked, Regan is passionate about helping people and winning their trust. Over time, his reputation, technology knowledge, analytical problem-solving skills, and the scope of his services have grown. He is well-connected with clients from various disciplines, and many of his original clients continue to collaborate with him to this day.

Regan is a self-declared geek and early adopter of new or innovative technology, but he is also a massive fan of the outdoors. He spends much of his time soaking up the natural environment on his doorstep by hiking, biking, camping, or exploring the harbour edge walkways with his dog Charlie.
